1. Be a radical and, as the prophet reminds us, we are all priests, prophets and kings. Live it.
2. I'm a Roman Catholic. According to the average person, Christian or other, I am a flaming heretic. Ask a theologian and you will hear that I fit in the mainstream of historical Christian mysticism. It is a sect of contradictions. From the radically conservative JP2 to the more moderate Francis, all the popes of my life would be forced to admit that I am further out than most Protestants, yet I fit within the Church's wide arms.
3. I was writing liturgies over forty years ago. You can, too. Start with small things, get the people involved in the writing. Watch your God grow.
4. The most radical preaching I have ever heard has been in Orthodox parishes. The priests actually stuck to the gospels.
5. Soapboxes are good for firewood. Be like Wesley. He saw a need for reform. He reformed himself and then offered it to the Anglican Church.
