Fascinating, Dan. Last night I heard the term exvangelical for the first time. Between that discussion and the Backyard Church writers, I am getting quite the education. Something I know from belonging to various churches is that those who are open to 12 Step and other non-parish groups are better able to keep their doors open. The people from those groups are known to drop by a little early or stay late for some private time with God. Grace quietly enters in.
