New Days

Late last year a friend of mine said she could feel that some changes were coming in her life. She had no idea what they were, only that it was time to grow on from her current physical and spiritual state in life. Mind you, at that point in time she had already made serious efforts to focus her life in new and different and, to me, pretty exciting ways. None of it came to pass. She felt stuck, so I connected her with another friend of mine who is a marvelously prodigious psychic. The women set up a time. The psychic friend provided a reading that challenged the first woman in even more new ways than she had previously envisaged.

Almost all of us functioning in the spiritual world try to dare the women and men with whom we speak or who read our writing with new insights into their lives. You already know what your life is now and has been in your past. What can your life become? How can your soul grow? One of the ways in which we challenge people is for them to go further and deeper into their spiritual lives. Yes, it may be something you hear when you attend religious services. However, that depends upon both the religious faith and the person doing the preaching. Some religions and their leaders are more positive and uninhibited in trying to push their people into expanding and uplifting spirituality than are others.

Stay focused. Turn your back on prosperity preachers. The only ones getting anything from their churches are their banks. How do they enrich your soul? None of us needs some huckster’s magic potions. We do need to be in contact with our God. Angels are the messengers between humans and God. Turning away angels is like turning away the postal carrier who has a letter bringing you good news. Like the post office workers, ignore angels at your own risk.

It’s become ever more popular in the twenty-first century to mouth the words that one believes in angels. People may not believe in a deity, but definitely angels. Additionally, there is the effort to communicate with one’s angels or guides or whatever is the popular term du jour where you live.

A few times now my friend and I discussed the fact that the psychic who did her reading told her it was a good time for her to begin to communicate with her angels. I have to agree. As someone who has spoken with angels all of his life — as well as with God, spirits and demons — it is always a good time to start having conversations with your angels.
