Well written, James. I remember seeing many of the films over the years. Death is inevitable. I found myself more interested in how they lived, the plotlines and motives. As much as I love the acting of Annette Benning and Jodie Foster, I doubt I will ever see Nyad. I prefer my water in coffee cups. As I have gotten older I have also found myself assiduously avoiding crowds. Better to stay home and read a good book or wait for a Hallmark movie. In my articles you will read that I deal with terribly real facts of life to the point that I now prefer lighter media fare. Thank you for enriching my day.
