Yikes! Jamie, what are you doing hanging around such a bunch of old coots determined to rot in their rocking chairs on the porch? Forget them. In my late thirties I did exactly that. I went out and found a whole new group, some much older, some much younger, who were all young in spirit. I was tired of being the old man I had been all of my life. Every year since then has gotten ever better. In my forties I took to heart my mother's story about how her grandfather sold the farm in his early forties and retired to die. Over forty years later he died. My family lives to be old so I might as well enjoy it. I know that I will live into my middle to late eighties, maybe nineties. I'm married to a handsome hot young stud and we laugh together. I don't need the college keggers anymore. I have better, even though I had to wait to be 55 to marry.
Don't wait, Jamie. Grab life by the tail and swing, baby.
You got this one.
